Everything went as planned with the trip with the exception of the return trip to the airport from Secrets in Jamaica. We had purchased private transportation to and from the resort and when we were waiting for the transport back to the airport we were told by the hotel staff that if we were part of Delta Vacations that we were to board a bus that had just pulled up and the put our luggage on the bus and we subsequently had to stop at numerous other spots to pick up passengers instead of being taken directly to the airport. I believe that this was an oversight of the hotel staff, but wanted to bring it to your attention.

Becky was so very patient, kind& professional ! She looked into several options for us in Hawaii. In the end, we opted to get our own VRBO & Becky helped us with our flights & car rentals. Great Experience with Young Kids
